Privacy policy

MemeStock.market ("we") is a screener for memestocks and tokenized stocks, a launchpad for Initial Memestock Offerings and the game around them. You can use most of the site without an account and without giving us anything. This page explains what we collect when you do more, why, where it is kept and how to have it removed.

What we collect

If you sign in with Google, X or an email link: your email address, the name and profile picture your provider shares, and a user id. We use them only to keep you signed in and to show your profile.
What you add to your profile: a display name, a profile photo, your watchlists and alerts.
Pictures you upload (a profile photo or a brokerage logo): they are shrunk to a small square image, which drops any metadata the file carried (such as location), and they are public, because they are shown on the site.
Wallet addresses: if you connect a wallet, the site reads public blockchain data for that address. We never ask for, see or store your private keys or seed phrase. Anything you do on-chain (deposits, trades, votes, a brokerage's name and logo) is public on the blockchain by nature, and we cannot change or delete it.
Basic usage statistics: page views and performance, aggregated and without advertising cookies (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). To limit abuse, the address a request comes from is kept in memory for up to a day to count uploads; it is not stored.
On your own device: your theme, language, and the watchlists you keep without an account are saved in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data, and we show no ads.
We do not post anything on your behalf, and we do not read your contacts, emails or posts.
We do not use your data to profile you or to make automated decisions about you.

Who processes it

We use a few providers to run the site, each only for its part:

Supabase: accounts, profiles, watchlists and alerts.
Cloudflare R2: uploaded pictures and the site's market data.
Vercel: hosting and the aggregated statistics above.
Google and X: only when you choose to sign in with them.
DexScreener and blockchain data providers: charts and on-chain data shown on the site, loaded from them by your browser.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Your account and profile are kept while you use them. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, photo, watchlists and alerts. Public on-chain records stay on the blockchain, which nobody can erase.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Sign out at any time from your profile. To delete your account or for any request, write to us on X at @MemeStockMkt or on Telegram. If you are in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
