Fees and staking
Every buy and every sell of a memestock pays a trading fee. Each prospectus sets its own, from 0.5% to 5%, and it is fixed for good at launch. All of it goes to burns, to the brokerage that launched the memestock and, if the prospectus chooses, to its holders and to the board the holders elect. None of it goes to a founder or a team wallet.
Where the fee goes
Our example, a 1% fee split in four equal parts:
| Share | To | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 0.25% | Burned, across the basket | Removes ₸USD, the tokenized stock and the strategic holdings from circulation on every trade. |
| 0.25% | Brokerage | The brokerage that launched the memestock, for as long as it trades, split among all its members. Their upside is years, not a day. |
| 0.25% | Holder rewards | Paid to the memestock's holders in the stock and the strategic holdings. |
| 0.25% | Management | A vault for the board the holders elect (a CEO, a Chief Meme Officer, any title they create), paid in the stock and the strategic holdings. |
There is no extra fee at launch. Bots cannot get in first because the market's opening purchase is made for the backers and the burn vault before public trading opens. How an IMO works
The burn
The burn is always split like the basket: 50% in ₸USD, 25% in the tokenized stock and the rest in the strategic holdings, each by its weight. The prospectus only sets the burn rate. Nobody picks which token is burned.
Holder rewards
A prospectus can add holder rewards to its fee. They are paid in the tokenized stock and the strategic holdings, never in ₸USD, every week, to every wallet holding at least 0.01% of the supply, by how much it holds and for how long. No staking is needed. Holder stock rewards
Management
A prospectus can also pay a share of the fee to a management vault. The holders elect a board by vote: a CEO, a Chief Meme Officer and any other title they decide to create. Only the elected wallets can withdraw from the vault, and only what they have been assigned, in the tokenized stock and the strategic holdings, never in ₸USD. It pays people to keep the memestock growing with content and activity, and the holders can replace them at any time.
Why it is split this way
Each slice does a job for the long term. The burn makes every token in the basket scarcer with every trade: the company's tokenized stock and the strategic holdings benefit directly from our volume, so the projects behind them want us to do well, and every burn is a public event that can be posted automatically with the ticker. The brokerage share keeps the team that designed the launch paid for years, not a day. Holder rewards pay for holding without selling pressure on the memestock: they are paid in the other tokens, in small amounts, never in the memestock or in ₸USD. The management share keeps content, tools and community going, run by people the holders elect and can replace. And the basket itself is the reason projects compete to be in it: half of every buy becomes ₸USD and a quarter becomes the strategic holdings, constant buying from every trade.
Staking ₸USD
Staking ₸USD in Turbo staking is not a fee share. It gives two things here:
- A bigger ticket in every IMO: up to 0.15% more of the supply on top of the 0.05% to 0.35% your unlock choice gives, depending on how much is staked and how long it stays locked past the IMO. Participants
- The right to lead a brokerage and file prospectuses ($500 of ₸USD staked by default). Brokers
Three ways to be paid as a believer
- Just hold ₸USD. Half of every memestock basket is ₸USD and every trade burns some. You are paid by being the base of every basket.
- Back IMOs and hold. Buy at the IMO price, before the market opens, and earn holder rewards where the prospectus pays them.
- Broker. Stake ₸USD, lead a brokerage, win IMOs and earn the brokerage's share of every trade of what you launched.
Current parameters. Each IMO's exact fee, burn rate and holder rewards are in its prospectus and fixed at launch. The house limits (0.5% to 5% in total) may still be adjusted with community feedback before the first IMO. The rule that none of it goes to the founder is not a parameter.
