Participants and reputation
Every wallet that takes part in the market has a public record: what it launched, what it holds and locks, which boards it sits on. The participants directory lists them all, brokers and investors, and one wallet can be both. Nothing on it is declared; everything is read from the contracts.
Two roles, one wallet
- Investors back prospectuses at IMOs, hold memestocks, stake ₸USD and elect the boards. Their page at
/u/<name>shows the seats they hold, the broker they belong to and their socials. - Brokers are investors who lead or join a brokerage and file prospectuses. Their page at
/broker/<name>shows members, ₸USD staked and every memestock they launched. Brokers
Tickets, not speed
In a normal launch the first tokens go to whoever is fastest: bots and snipers, who sell into the community minutes later. An IMO works the other way round. Everyone pays the same price, set at the close, and each wallet can buy up to its ticket, a share of the whole supply:
- By how long your tokens take to unlock, chosen with your first deposit: 0.05% over 1 month, 0.10% over 3, 0.20% over 6 and 0.35% over 12. The choice covers all your deposits in that IMO and can only be lengthened afterwards.
- Up to 0.15% more for ₸USD stakers, depending on how much is staked and how long it stays locked past the IMO. Nobody goes beyond 0.5%.
- One more ticket at the open. Backers can add an extra of up to their ticket again to the market's opening purchase, made before public trading opens.
A wallet may back more than one prospectus, each up to its ticket. Tokens bought in the IMO unlock a little every second after a short cliff, so nobody can dump on the opening block, and the opening purchase runs before public trading, so there are no first blocks to snipe.
Reputation you can read onchain
- Broker track record. Every IMO a brokerage won, its own purchase (5% to 10% of the supply, at the IMO price, unlocked over at least 12 months), how the memestock did afterwards and the fee share it keeps earning. A broker that launched well is visible; one that launched and left is too.
- Board seats. Holders of each memestock elect its officers, weighted by tokens held and locked. The seat is a badge on the holder's profile for as long as the vote holds, and can be lost at any block. Boards in the terminal
- Brokerage membership. Joining a brokerage is a request its leader accepts; both sides are shown on the profiles.
- Filings. S-1 when a broker files a prospectus, 8-K on every material event. Permanent and attributable.
None of this is a score assigned by the team. It is the history of what each wallet did, in the open, and the market reads it however it wants.
Current parameters. Tickets, the staker bonus, unlock options and the voting threshold for boards are house-wide values that may still change before the first IMO. The principle that what you can buy follows your commitment, not how fast you click, is not a parameter.
