The terminal
Every stock market has its terminal. The home page is the calendar: what launches, when, and why. The terminal is the market: prices, market caps, volume, liquidity and holders of every memestock, and the social layer that turns a ticker into a company with a community.
Access. The terminal is a free preview until launch. At launch the full terminal is for ₸USD holders, the way a Bloomberg is for subscribers; every memestock keeps a public page that stays free for everyone. Which functions are gated is still being decided.
Market
The terminal opens on the whole memestock market: every memecoin paired with a tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain, Base and Solana, from every launchpad, with live figures from DexScreener refreshed every 10 minutes. The scope bar narrows it to one chain, one launchpad or one stock, and each of those has a short address of its own: /base, /pons, /nvda. The overview cards (volume, liquidity, market cap, count, new pools, gainers against losers) follow the scope, and each card can be pinned to another one, so a glance compares, say, Base against Pons. A second panel shows what moves inside the scope: its share by launchpad, stock and chain, and the day's top movers.
Our own IMOs are one more scope (/?view=imos): one table, all our memestocks, all in USD equivalent so an IMO price and today's price compare at a glance. Every column sorts and filters from its header: numeric ranges (price, 24h, market cap, volume, liquidity, holders, year) and menus for category, chain and phase, DexScreener style. A row loads the memestock in the sidebar; its ticker opens its own screen, a Bloomberg DES, with chart, figures, broker, board and wire in one view.
The wire
Three sources, one feed, every item permanent:
- BROKER. Posts from the brokerage that launched the memestock, signed by its wallet: letters to holders, liquidity added, community events.
- HOLDERS. Anyone above the holding threshold (proposed: 0.1% of supply, held or locked) can publish to the memestock's community channel.
- 8-K and PROTOCOL. Written automatically by the contracts when something material happens: a large position locked, a burn milestone, an officer elected, a prospectus filed.
Board of directors
Every memestock has a board: CEO, CFO, Chief Meme Officer, CTO, Head of Community, Treasurer. Nobody appoints them. Holders vote, weighted by tokens held and locked, and the seat is a badge on the winner's profile for as long as the vote holds. A CEO can be replaced at any block. Officers can publish on the wire, propose events to the filings page and represent the community in front of the brokerage.
Open questions, to be settled with the community: whether one wallet can hold seats in more than one memestock, the holding threshold to vote, and how long a seat is protected from a new vote.
Filings
The equivalent of a company's SEC filings, generated onchain. An S-1 for every prospectus a broker files, with its soft cap, hard cap and terms. An 8-K on every material event. Nothing can be edited or removed. Subscribe to a memestock and every filing reaches your inbox the moment it is recorded.
Profiles
Every wallet or name (ENS, basename) has a public page: the board seats it holds, its stakes, its broker, X and Telegram. Badges are how reputation travels across the market: a CFO of one memestock is visible as such everywhere.
Keyboard
F1–F5 switch tabs, / focuses the command line, a ticker plus Enter opens its screen, HELP lists the functions. There are a few more commands than HELP admits.
