Roadmap and open questions
What is settled, what is being built, and what is deliberately left open until the community exists to weigh in.
Settled
- Very few IMOs, in historical order, unlocked by an onchain clock. The first is BRK.M (Berkshire Memeway, 1979). Every memestock has a real tokenized stock behind it.
- Every basket 50% ₸USD, 25% the company's own tokenized stock, 25% strategic holdings.
- Brokers with ₸USD staked file competing prospectuses; backers' deposits are the vote; deposits are final.
- One price for everyone, set at the close between the prospectus's minimum and maximum market cap. The broker pays the same price.
- Soft cap or full refund; nothing burned or paid until a launch settles.
- Trading fee from 0.5% to 5%, set by each prospectus, all of it to burns, the brokerage and optional holder rewards. Zero to the founder.
- No owner key over live markets.
Being built
- Clock contract on Base reading the L1 block.
- IMO house: prospectuses, deposits, the vote, the one-price close, refunds.
- Brokerages: leaders with ₸USD staked, members, the fee split among them.
- Tickets by unlock period, with a bonus for ₸USD stakers.
- Market hook: the basket, fee split, burns, the opening purchase.
- Holder rewards in the stock and the strategic holdings, paid weekly.
- This site: live data on the memestock, broker and profile pages, charts.
- Terminal: indexer for prices and holders, the wire, board votes, filings and email subscriptions. Gating for ₸USD holders.
Open, on purpose
How many, and which
The first draft of the calendar had 27 memestocks. The final list will be shorter, and how it is chosen is not settled: a fixed list in a contract can always be outgrown by a new contract, so a promise of "exactly N" would not be worth much. What is certain is that there will be few, that they launch one at a time, and that the first is BRK.M. The rest is decided with the community that forms around the first one.
Parameters
House-wide limits: fee range, minimum broker stake, tickets, unlock options. Each IMO's own numbers (price range, premium, fee) are set in its prospectus. Current values are documented on each page and marked as such. They will be reviewed with the community that forms between the announcement and the first IMO.
Pausing the clock
Whether the clock should be able to wait when the launchpad is not ready, and if so how to do it without an owner key. Preferred direction: an objective onchain readiness rule instead of a pause button. The clock
Boards and the wire
Holding threshold to post and to vote (proposed 0.1% of supply), whether a wallet can sit on several boards, how long a seat is protected, and which terminal functions are reserved for ₸USD holders. The terminal
Broker-proposed IMOs
If demand is strong enough, brokers could be allowed to propose their own IMO: ticker, name, chain and basket, always with ₸USD in it, possibly several tokenized stocks or metals at once. Strictly limited, one per year at most. How it would be chosen is not designed yet. This is a possibility, not a commitment, and it would never dilute the original calendar.
Launch: built in public, before the clock starts
Soon. Nothing trades until the clock is started onchain, and it is not started until the design has been discussed in the open. Most launchpads are discovered when hundreds of tokens already trade at multiples of their launch price; here the rules, fees, calendar and parameters are published first, so there is no first mover already sitting at 10x. Everyone who shows up has time to learn the game, propose changes, organise a brokerage, stake and be in place for the first IMO. That happens in the community channel: t.me/turbo_usd. Then the clock starts in 1979 and the first IMO, Berkshire Memestock (1979), unlocks.
