The basket
Every buy of a memestock fills its basket, named after it (the AAPLm basket, for example): 50% ₸USD, 25% the tokenized stock of the very company the meme is about, and 25% strategic holdings. Every sell is paid from it. This one decision is what separates a memestock from every other memecoin.
A meme that goes with its company
Memecoins usually trade against a single quote token. When the quote token falls, they fall; when the launchpad's token dies, everything launched on it dies with it. Virtuals paired 100% of its launches against VIRTUAL, and the whole board moved as one.
A quarter of a memestock's basket is its own company's stock. If Apple keeps doing well over the next years, the Apple memestock has a floor that rises with Apple. The meme is, first of all, a bet on its company. That is a floor no memecoin has had before, and it comes from an asset that has existed for decades and will exist for decades more.
And with the base currency
Half of every basket is ₸USD. Every buy of every memestock buys it, every trade burns some, and brokers stake it to lead a brokerage. As the launchpad becomes known and the calendar advances, that demand grows, and every memestock's ₸USD half grows with it. Holding any memestock means being partially long the whole launchpad. ₸USD
And strategic holdings
The last quarter is shared by strategic holdings: other tokens, evolving over time. The prospectus names the first ones and their shares; after the launch the memestock's holders can change them by vote. ₸USD and the stock can never be changed.
Hedged twice
₸USD is itself a hedge on ETH: it is priced in ETH and tokenized stocks and its supply only goes down. So a memestock holder ends up long the company directly and long ETH through ₸USD, in a currency that burns instead of inflating: the opposite of the original stock market, quoted in a currency designed to lose value.
What it does to the real stock
None of this existed before stocks were tokenized; the calendar is built on that wave and gives it a new use. Every buy of a memestock buys the company's stock token for its basket, so every launch and every trade is demand for the real tokenized share. A quarter of every burn is paid in the stock: memestock volume permanently removes tokenized shares from circulation, something no stock market has ever done to its own listings. Two stocks with equal fundamentals will not have equal memestocks; the one with the community behind its meme accumulates and burns more of the real thing.
Where the stock comes from
Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties: Coinbase's B20 series on Base and the Robinhood Chain stock tokens. Each memestock launches on the chain where its stock lives. The IMO's raise fills the basket at launch, so the market opens with real exposure, not a promise. Only companies whose stock is already tokenized are on the calendar: if the token does not exist, the IMO does not either.
Parameters. ₸USD 50% and the stock 25% are fixed for every memestock on the calendar. The strategic holdings and their shares of the other 25% are set in each prospectus and can later be changed by the holders. Roadmap
