memestockmarket

The game

A launchpad has no rules: anyone launches anything, whenever, and the only score is who sold first. MemeStock.market is the opposite: rules fixed before it starts, roles you choose, titles you win from other players, and rewards that follow what you put in. The launchpad is the board; the game is what happens on it.

1. The rules are known before the first move

  • Time. The clock starts in 1979 and runs one year every 3 real days, on Ethereum blocks. Everyone can compute the block of every launch. The clock
  • The pieces. A short list of memestocks, one per historic listing, no team token. The first is named: BRK.M, 1979. How many follow is still being decided, and it will be few. Why so few
  • The order. Chronological, as history happened: Berkshire before Apple, Apple before Microsoft, Microsoft before Nvidia. Nobody can skip ahead or open one early.
  • The turn. Each IMO is a round: brokers file prospectuses, backers deposit into the one they prefer, the most backed wins. Miss the soft cap and everyone is refunded. How an IMO works

2. You choose a role

  • Investor. Back prospectuses at IMOs, hold memestocks, stake ₸USD, vote for boards. The default role; it needs nothing but a wallet.
  • Broker. Stake ₸USD to lead a brokerage, alone or as a team, file prospectuses and, when one wins, earn the brokerage's share of every trade of what you launched, for as long as it trades. Brokers
  • Both. A broker is an investor who leads or joins a brokerage. Most serious players will be both: launching some memestocks, holding others, sitting on a board or two.

3. Titles are won from other players

Every memestock has a board of directors elected by its holders, and a seat is a badge on the winner's profile for as long as the vote holds. Brokers build a track record the same way: every launch won, every allocation vested, every fee still flowing, in the open. Participants and reputation

4. What you put in early decides what you get later

  • Tickets. The longer you let your IMO tokens unlock, the bigger your ticket: 0.05% to 0.35% of the supply. ₸USD staked and locked past the IMO adds up to 0.15% more.
  • Fees. Every trade burns across the basket, pays the brokerage that launched the memestock and, where the prospectus chooses, pays holder rewards and the board the holders elect, in the stock and the strategic holdings. Fees and staking
  • Nothing for speed. No first-block advantage to grab: everyone pays one price set at the close, IMO tokens unlock gradually, and the broker pays the same price for its 5% to 10%, never free.

5. The board never changes

The rules live in contracts with no owner key. Nobody can add a memestock, pause the clock at will, pull liquidity or hand out tokens. The calendar runs to 2026; after that, if the community wants, brokers may propose one extra memestock a year, always with ₸USD in its basket. The game has no expiry, and it has not started yet: the time before the first IMO is for learning the rules, forming a brokerage and staking. Arriving early here means arriving before the game, not before the other players' exit. Roadmap
