MemeStock.market
Half game, half launchpad. The history of the stock market, replayed as memecoins under the rules of a game. One Initial Memestock Offering (IMO) per historic listing, a few in all, unlocked in chronological order by a clock that runs on Ethereum blocks. The first is BRK.M (Berkshire Memeway, 1979); how many follow, and how they are picked, is still being decided in the open. Few, in any case: fewer than the 27 of the first draft. Every trade of a memestock fills its basket: 50% ₸USD, 25% the real company's tokenized stock and 25% strategic holdings.
What a memestock is not. It is not a share, it carries no rights over any company, and it has no intrinsic value. It is a meme with a calendar, built on top of the tokenization wave. It can go to zero. Nothing here is investment advice.
In one minute
- The clock. Game time starts in 1979 and advances one year every 3 real days, anchored to Ethereum block numbers. When it reaches the year of a real listing, that IMO unlocks.
- Brokers compete for it. Brokers, who lead a brokerage with ₸USD staked, file competing prospectuses. Backers deposit into the one they prefer: the deposit is the vote, and the most backed wins.
- One price, or a refund. Everyone pays the same price, set at the close by demand between the prospectus's minimum and maximum market cap. Below the soft cap nothing launches and everyone is refunded. Nothing is burned or paid until a launch succeeds.
- The basket. Every buy fills it: ₸USD 50%, the company's own tokenized stock 25%, strategic holdings 25%. The meme moves with its company and with the base currency of the whole launchpad.
- Fees flow to believers. Each prospectus sets its fee, from 0.5% to 5%: in our example 1%, a quarter each burned across the basket, to the brokerage, to the holders and to the management vault the holders elect. Nothing to a founder.
- Tickets, not speed. Each wallet can buy up to its ticket: 0.05% to 0.35% of the supply, the longer its tokens take to unlock the more, plus up to 0.15% for ₸USD stakers. Board seats and track records are won from other players and read onchain.
Status. Launch is coming and the design is settled. Each IMO's own numbers are in its prospectus. House-wide limits (fee range, tickets, unlock options) are current values and may change with community feedback before the first IMO; changes are announced and documented here.
